The Greater Binghamton Education Outreach Program's mission is to connect business and education within the Greater Binghamton community to develop and inspire a dynamic workforce.

GBEOP’s goal is to help create a “talent pipeline” in our community through a business-education partnership.  GBEOP recognizes that there is a link between workforce preparedness and our area’s economic competitiveness.  This school year GBEOP is launching programming designed to:

• Expose students to career paths available in Broome County
• Showcase that students can have a good job and a good life in Broome County
• Increase awareness for parents about available career paths and outlook for these careers
• Connect students to career exploration opportunities, even seasonal or part-time employment
