Diversity Dialogue Session 2: DEI Definitions
Featuring: Maeve Carpenter, Counsel and Manager, IBM Patent Center at Endicott
Join our New Year's resolution of becoming a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace to enhance your workforce and business success. Our Diversity Dialogue series is a brand-new program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
Our second session, sponsored by DEI Champion Sponsor, IBM, will help those who are in the initial stages of implementing DEI and are looking to learn the definitions of diverse terminology and inclusive language. Learn more through a facilitated discussion with Maeve Carpenter, Counsel and Manager, IBM Patent Center at Endicott. She plays a key role in the Leadership Alliance's DEI Committee and Resource sub-committee.
