The Greater Binghamton Education Outreach Program (GBEOP) will be holding the Graduation for the Broome Leadership Institute Class of 2021 at the Binghamton Country Club, 1401 Robinson Hill Rd, Endwell, on Thursday, March 25th from 6 PM - 9 PM. Due to NYS restrictions, the in-person graduation will be limited to BLI Graduates and one guest. The event will be live streamed at 7:15 PM via the Greater Binghamton Chamber's Facebook page.
