The Lupo family, synonymous with Spiedies, operates a USDA Inspected Meat Plant; a fast food restaurant, Lupo's S&S Charpit, featuring Lupo's Spiedies; Lupo's Bottling, LLC; and maintains a mail order website at www.spiedies.com.
Lupo's has been providing traditional spiedies, a Broome County favorite, and marinades since 1951.
