QiGong is a series of slow movements synchronized with slow deep breaths. Use it to calm the nervous system; to better maintain poise through emotionally charged encounters; to develop and enjoy the habit of presence; or to master that continuous stream of highly random thoughts that flows through our heads. And it’s just so very pleasant. Participants should bring a mat, towel, and wear comfortable clothing. Myra Sabir, instructor
