In this class you will learn to make simple sides to go along with any barbeque. During this class, assorted menu items including Mexican Street Corn, Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Reduction, Grilled Chicken with Chipotle Blueberry BBQ Sauce, Sweet and Spicy Pickled Cucumbers, and Watermelon and Feta Salad will be produced. This will be served with a virgin summer inspired slushy. Students are required to bring a hat and apron to class.
