Diversity Dialogue Session 6: Building DEI in the Workplace Part 2- What's Next?
Join our New Year’s resolution of becoming a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace to enhance your workforce and business success. Our Diversity Dialogue series is a brand-new program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
Our sixth and final session will help those who are in the initial stages of implementing DEI and are looking to learn about Building DEI in the workplace and what next steps to take. Hear from Kathy Connerton, President & CEO of Lourdes Hospital, a DEI Champion Sponsor as she shares how to begin building DEI in the workplace culture.
