Diversity Dialogue Session 5: Building DEI In the Workplace Part 1- Resources 

Join our New Year's resolution of becoming a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace to enhance your workforce and business success. Our Diversity Dialogue series is a brand-new program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
 
Our fifth session will help those who are in the initial stages of implementing DEI and are looking to learn about the numerous local resources in the area to help develop DEI Initiatives. This session, sponsored by our Diversity Dialogues Session Sponsor: Mirabito Energy Solutions, and our DEI Champion Sponsor: UHS. This will be co-facilitated by a panel of members from Chamber's DEI Resources sub-committee.
