Diversity Dialogue Session 4: Unconscious Bias
Join our New Year's resolution of becoming a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace to enhance your workforce and business success. Our Diversity Dialogue series is a brand-new program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
Our fourth session will help those who are in the initial stages of implementing DEI and are looking to learn about Unconscious Bias and steps to evaluate unconscious bias in the workplace. Hear from Steve VanNostrand, Executive Vice President of The Raymond Corporation, a DEI Champion Sponsor. Learn more through a facilitated discussion with LaToya Pryce, Culture and Inclusion Officer, & Aisha Jasper, Community Development Manager at Visions FCU. As the Culture and Inclusion Officer, Pryce is responsible for evolving employee engagement practices within Visions and enhancing the organization's internal and external focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. As Community Development Manager, Jasper is responsible for making Visions Matter in the community by spearheading philanthropy and volunteerism.
