Dementia Care 2025 Conference

New This Year!For caregivers attending the conference, skilled Silver Fox Adult Day Center staff will be on site to provide expert care for your loved one living with Alzheimer’s or other dementia while you attend, allowing you to fully participate in the event. This complimentary service includes supervision, engaging activities, assistance with personal care needs, continental breakfast, and boxed lunch. If you are interested in using this service for your loved one, please call us at 315-472-4201 x227 or email cny-programs@alz.org to request an application. This application must be submitted and approved to secure a spot. Caregivers will be notified if their loved one is accepted or not. Space is limited and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline to apply is no later than May 1, 2025. However, we anticipate the space will fill up quickly, so we encourage applying early.
