DEI Cohort Session 1

The DEI Cohort is an extensive deep dive specifically tailored for organization leaders with the highest level of responsibility for implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives. The cohort is an opportunity for businesses to prioritize DEI initiatives within your own organizations. Applicants will strategically analyze and affect real change within their organizations through five 2-hour facilitated classroom discussions and assignments.

This is an application based program and participants must be able to participate in 4 of 5 sessions to receive recognition of class participation at our 2023 DEI Conference.
