The Greater Binghamton Education Outreach Program (GBEOP) will be holding the Graduation for the Broome Leadership Institute Class of 2022 at The Riverdale Banquet Hall, 2901 Watson Blvd, Endwell, on Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 9 PM. Cost of the dinner is $35 per person.
