Last year’s inaugural event was received with enthusiasm and excitement and was described as “powerful, motivational and phenomenal” . This year’s event will build on that enthusiasm to ensure an even more exciting experience for attendees!
 
This year’s theme is “Be Empowered 2022”
 
This year, we are honored to announce that Kathryn Wylde, President & CEO of the non-profit Partnership for New York City, will Keynote!
 
Prior to becoming the leader of the Partnership, Ms. Wylde was the founding CEO of both the Partnership’s housing and investment fund affiliates. She serves on a number of boards and advisory groups like the New York City Economic Development Corporation, the Fund for Public Schools, the Manhattan Institute and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity.
 
Kathryn Wylde has also served as Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
 
We are very grateful to Ms. Wylde for taking time away from her hectic schedule to speak to our guests.
 
The day will also feature twelve varied breakout sessions on topics ranging from “Women and the Art of Risk” and “How to Spark Innovation” to “Managing Obstacles and Overcoming Adversity” and “Reducing Burnout”. Women thought leaders from around the region will present on these timely topics.
 
New this year, an entire “track” of sessions will be dedicated to self-care and will feature sessions on Yoga, Meditation and Dance.
 
An exposition of small businesses featuring products and services for women will be located in the atrium of the grand ballroom. Two 45-minute sessions will be dedicated to giving attendees an opportunity to visit and shop with these businesses.
 
The event this year will be in person only to allow for more networking and connecting among the attendees
