Diversity Dialogue Session 6: Unconscious Bias & Microaggressions Revisited
Featuring: Richie Sebuharara, Assistant Director of the Multicultural Resource Center at Binghamton University
Our Diversity Dialogue series is a program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
Final session, will help those who are in the initial stages of implementing DEI and need the answer to the question: Why is it important to understand microaggressions and unconscious bias in the workplace? How will interrupting bias & microaggressions help your organization and community to become more successful?
