Diversity Dialogue Session 5: LGBTQIA+ Inclusion

Our Diversity Dialogue series is a program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
Our fifth session will promote LGBTQIA+ inclusivity. As a group, we will talk about useful tools and techniques for navigating common issues faced by the LGBTQIA+ workforce and use these to develop strategies specifically for your business.
