Diversity Dialogue Session 4: Health Equity
Our Diversity Dialogue series is a program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
This fourth session, will help us to learn about health disparities that affect socially disadvantaged populations. Promoting health equity can benefit employee health and productivity and reduce health care costs.
