Diversity Dialogue Session 3: Racial Equity & All Diverse Groups
Featuring: Scott A. Corley, History, Philosophy and Social Science Department, SUNY Broome
Our Diversity Dialogue series is a program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
Our third session, will bring a better understanding of how advancing racial equity and achieving inclusive growth benefits the economy and our community. Racial equity develops goals and outcomes that will result in improvements for all groups, but the strategies are targeted based on the needs of a particular group.
