Our Diversity Dialogue series is a program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
Second This session will help the business community to learn more about DEI in the Workplace. This panel discussion, moderated by Hilda M. Jordan, Founder and Principal Owner of HMJ Consulting, will include members of the 2022 DEI Cohort and will share strategies they learned to implement DEI in their organizations.
