Our Diversity Dialogue series is a program that will help to provide six 1-hour sessions of facilitated discussions to help our area businesses in the beginning stages of their DEI journey. These facilitated discussions will encourage businesses to start their own DEI Initiatives without fear of judgement.
Our first session will help the business community to learn more about Ability Inclusion. This panel discussion will explore ways for organizations to create inclusive workplaces for individuals disabilities. This can include ways to adjust policies & procedures, as well as effective hiring practices.
