DESCRIPTION:Workshop #1: "Critical and Creative Problem Solving" Wednesday\, April 18. Kick off with a contrast and comparison of the left brain (detailed linear thinking) versus right brain (organic and innovative) approaches to work and life challenges!\n\n\n\nThis program focuses on a "learner-centric" approach that engages the audience.  It appeals to a wide array of learning modalities by combining slideshow presentations\, individual and team exercises\, roundtable discussions\, role-play scenarios\, and games.\n\n\n\nOur promise to you: ATTENDEES will LEARN and HAVE FUN!\n\n\n\nSeating capacity is limited\, early registration is encouraged. \n\n\n\nFacilitators:\n\nDebbie Morello of Morello & Associates\, provides training and consulting on work relationships. She works with public and private clients on areas such as strategic planning\, Appreciative Inquiry  \, grant writing\, entrepreneurship\, leadership\, total quality and creativity. She is currently authoring a book\, The Power of Friends at Work\, on the value of workplace relationships as linkages to organizational culture and success. She has delivered training regionally\, nationally\, and internationally through SUNY Broome\, Binghamton University\, and the University of Phoenix.\n\n\n\nMichael D. Ford\, M.S.I.S.E\, CFPIM\, CSCP\, CLTD\, CQA\, CRE\, CQE\, ACPF\, CPSM\, CSSGB\, provides innovative solutions based on 30 years of experience in retail\, distribution\, manufacturing\, and consulting. He has presented at over 300 industry events throughout the U.S.\, Canada\, Japan\, Nigeria\, S. Africa and Australia\, and has provided over 5\,000 hours of classroom training. Ford combines his technical expertise with personal skills to develop a unique "outside the box" approach to life's challenges.
