About Us

Binghamton Local Development Corporation is a NYS public benefit corporation created to implement and support the City's Economic Development strategy in conjunction with the Binghamton Economic Development Office through low-interest loan programs, initiatives and outreach. We provide location assistance, economic information, assistance with the planning approval process and various business incentives with the goal of expanding local business and creating job opportunities in the City of Binghamton, NY.
