ENSCO Avionics, Inc is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to work on hardware & firmware embedded system documentation. You will coordinate the evaluation, approval/ disapproval and implementation of configuration changes throughout the life cycle of assigned programs, as well as author change requests & document the best practices for authoring changes. You will perform updates of product structures & documents in the Configuration Management System (CMS). You will also have the opportunity to perform administrative duties in the CMS such as re-routing or troubleshooting issues in the CM Process. You will be expected to support migrations & data validation when data from other systems is transferred into our CMS, support testing and roll out of updates for CM tools such as product life cycle management tools, & ensure compliance with proprietary and export marking requirements. Qualifications Required (Skills)
•U.S. Citizenship Required
•Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience; or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent w/ 1 year of experience
•Effective communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
•Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations related to task
•Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers, suppliers and auditors
•Ability to learn computer-based tools and systems quickly and utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports, documents, product structures, and engineering changes

Qualifications Desired
•Associates Degree and 3 yrs experience in Hardware or Software CM
•Experience with PLM systems such as Windchill Document Management tool, Ennovia, TeamCenter or IBM Rational Synergy
•Demonstrated functional knowledge of hardware, software, and firmware CM tools, best practices, & industry standards General
