The Broome County Arts Council will be hosting Poetry Workshops, facilitated by Dr. Joshua Lewis, starting April 4th at 81 State Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton. The goal of this Poetry Workshop Series is to foster a greater sense of community among poets and writers while developing skills to become more accomplished as a poet
