Offered through Binghamton University's Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science, this seminar will provide an in-depth look at critical project management planning methods for establishing work breakdown structures (WBS), scheduling and estimating. Also covered are supporting approaches including the critical path method (CPM) and the project evaluation and review technique (PERT). This program will provide you with the framework to be more effective in executing engineering projects. In addition to the lecture components, the course will use case studies, exercises, and discussion in order to deliver the material in the most effective manner and to make the seminar an interactive session.
